Terms of Service

By accessing or using WOS Tracker ("the Service") at wostracker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WOS Tracker is operated by Dalegria, LLC, based in Puerto Rico, USA.

WOS Tracker is a free-to-browse, wallet-assisted analytics platform for the mobile game Whiteout Survival. The Service includes the State Timeline Tool (a publicly accessible lookup for state age, progression bracket, hero/pet generation, and upcoming milestones), the Pack Value Analyzer (an authenticated, credit-gated tool that evaluates in-game pack value based on your state's progression stage), Community Missions (a voluntary data-contribution program where users earn in-platform credits), and the Referral Agent Program (an invite-only commission program).

WOS Tracker is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games, the developer of Whiteout Survival.

Account creation requires a valid email address. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

WOS Tracker uses a prepaid wallet model. Credits are non-refundable platform credits with no cash value outside the Service. Credits fund access to a platform tier (Basic at $4.00/month, Standard at $7.00/month, or Premium at $9.00/month), deducted monthly from your wallet balance. Credits — whether purchased or earned — cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash. All wallet top-up purchases are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.

By submitting data through Community Missions, you grant Dalegria, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your submitted data in aggregated or anonymized form. You represent that your submissions are truthful and based on genuine in-game experience. Credits may be withheld or reversed for fraudulent or automated submissions.

Participation is invite-only. Commission is earned at 10% of attributed users' wallet top-ups, subject to a 14-day hold. Monthly payouts require a minimum balance of $25.00 and admin approval. Commissions may be voided or clawed back due to chargebacks or fraud. Agent status may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or systematically scrape the Service;
• submit false or automated community data;
• impersonate another user;
• attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems;
• interfere with the performance of the Service;
• create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn credits fraudulently.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. No wallet balance refund is provided upon termination for cause.

All content, design, source code, data models, and methodologies underlying WOS Tracker are proprietary to Dalegria, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Whiteout Survival is a trademark of Century Games. WOS Tracker is not affiliated with Century Games.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Pack value estimates, state age calculations, and milestone predictions are informational only and do not constitute financial advice or guarantees of in-game value. Actual in-game pack contents and pricing are subject to change by Century Games at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DALEGRIA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WOS TRACKER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dalegria, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Google, and others. Your use of these integrations is governed by those providers' respective terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings in Puerto Rico.
