WOS Tracker is a web-based analytics and pack-valuation platform for the mobile game Whiteout Survival, operated by Dalegria, LLC, based in Puerto Rico, USA. Our platform is accessible at wostracker.com.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — collected at account registration and used solely for authentication and transactional communications.
• Display name — an optional handle you choose during onboarding.
• WOS Player ID (FID) — your Whiteout Survival player identifier, provided voluntarily if you choose to verify your in-game account. Used to fetch your in-game nickname, avatar, and state membership from the game's API.
• State profiles — the WOS state numbers you associate with your account, along with optional progression details you submit.
• Community submissions — milestone timing reports, bracket quantity votes, survey responses, and public timeline submissions you contribute voluntarily. Unauthenticated submissions are collected with minimal identifying information.
• Referral agent information — if you participate in our referral agent program, we collect information necessary for payment onboarding, handled directly by our payment processor.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address — collected on sign-in attempts and to prevent abuse. Stored in a reduced form for unauthenticated public submissions.
• Session data — authentication tokens stored in your browser to maintain your logged-in state.
• Usage analytics — standard page-view data is collected via Google Tag Manager and transmitted to Google Analytics 4. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics payloads.
• Browser storage — we use browser storage mechanisms for UI preferences and session continuity. We do not set third-party tracking cookies.

2.3 Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials. We receive and store payment references and transaction identifiers, top-up amounts and timestamps, and wallet balance and tier status.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

WOS Tracker is a community-powered platform. Data you submit — including milestone timing reports, bracket quantity votes, and survey responses — is used to improve the accuracy of state-age estimates and pack valuations displayed to all users. This data is stored and processed to generate aggregated, anonymized estimates. Individual submissions are not displayed publicly with personal attribution.

Unauthenticated ("anonymous") submissions are associated with a randomly generated token stored in your browser. If you later create and verify an account, pending credits from prior anonymous submissions may be transferred.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers — your data is stored with trusted cloud infrastructure providers that support the operation of the platform.
• Stripe — payment and payout data is processed by Stripe. Referral agents undergo Stripe Connect Express onboarding.
• Google — aggregate, non-identifying page-view data is sent to Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager.
• Reddit — if you interact with our Reddit bot (u/WOSTrackerBot), your Reddit username and the state number in your comment are processed to generate a reply. No Reddit user data is stored or transmitted to our servers.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Active accounts — we retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• Account deletion — you may request account deletion via your profile settings. Upon deletion, personally identifiable information is removed from your profile. Transaction records and anonymized community submissions are retained for platform integrity and financial record purposes.
• Abuse prevention logs — retained for a limited period and then automatically deleted.
• Unauthenticated submissions — collected with minimal identifying information and not linked to personal identity.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and associated personal information, withdraw consent for optional features (e.g., FID verification), and object to certain processing activities.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WOS Tracker is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
